Telehealth Policy

Last updated: October 2026

The Aysola Center offers telehealth services to new and established patients where clinically appropriate and permitted under applicable law.

How Telehealth Works
Telehealth visits are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Scheduling confirmation will include instructions for accessing your visit. If a technical issue arises during your appointment, your provider will contact you by phone to complete or reschedule.

Appropriate Use
Telehealth is not appropriate for every clinical situation. Your provider may determine that an in-person visit is necessary based on your symptoms or care needs. In those cases, appropriate referrals or arrangements will be made.

Consent to Receive Text and SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number through our intake form, you agree to receive appointment-related calls and text messages from The Aysola Center at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting the practice directly.

Licensing and Jurisdiction
Telehealth services are provided in accordance with California state law and applicable interstate telehealth regulations. Patients must be located in a state where the provider is licensed and authorized to practice at the time of the visit.
